The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent consumer complaints organisation. The Ombudsman investigates claims from customers who have had PPI complaints rejected by banks and lenders.
The body steps in and investigates claims that lenders and banks have failed to resolve within six to eight weeks. They provide an absolutely free service and assess details of each individual case and then once they resolve the matter it will be the final word.
If you decide to use our services at PPI Refund then we will put your claim to the banks and should they reject what we feel is actually a very valid claim, we will escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service on your behalf.
While the Ombudsman has the power to investigate cases, its role is actually in settling disputes between customers and companies, and this is how the organisation came to solve PPI disputes.
If you feel that you could be owed a refund that don’t hesitate to contact us before it’s too late.
