If you feel that you have been mis-sold PPI on your loans, there are two ways that you can handle this. You can submit a claim on your own at no cost to you. If you decide to use the services at iSmart we do charge a small fee to process your PPI claim.

Once you fill out our questionnaire we will begin working on your claim. When you sign the agreement you are stating that you are entering into a contract with iSmart and you will have 14 days in which you can cancel. We charge 25% plus VAT when we receive a successful claim back.

As we stated in the beginning, you do have the option to handle this process yourself. The advantages of using our service are that we handle every aspect for you. We find out if you have PPI insurance, we send the information to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution for verification.

We make sure that you will receive the correct amount including any extra fees and charges that many banks are trying to get out of paying. We keep an eye on the timeline and let you know everything that is happening and when you can expect to receive your refund.

If the amount is not correct we will deal with the Financial Ombudsman Service on your behalf so that you do not have to deal with it. We will have your information on file and will be able to answer any questions that may come up.
